I recently bought antique items for a toy shop from Germany and have
been charged full VAT whereas I understood antiques were charged at 5%.
What can I do
I had one order ancelled by ebay when I had agreed the buyer could wait
until payday. So I checked my buyer preferences and altered them so that
no mor cancellations without reference to me.Now it has happened again.
I am at my wits end as these buye...
I did alter my sellers preferences but ebay still cancelled an order
with buyer with whom I had an arrangement to hold the item pending
further purchases. Reputable buyers who now have a strike against them,
I am r=tearing my hair out
