I am both a seller and a period watcher on eBay. For those Items I am watching, I notice that I get periodic promotional messages from the sellers. I would like to know how to do that, to send direct messages to the watchers on my listings.

On one of my current listings, I have several "views" and one "watcher". I would like to contact this watcher and make that individual an offer. How would I do that?
