My first return. I accidentally refunded the buyer before sending her a
return label. Now the eBay case is closed and I cannot figure out how to
send the buyer a way to return my item. She claimed the item wasn't as
described. I disagreed but refunde...
I do not have a return dashboard.When I go into the "item" it says
refund is closed, but I didn't see a chance to order a return label to
send to the buyer. How do I purchase a return shipping label now?
That is helpful but this time I am the seller. I refunded the buyer
before purchasing a return label to me. Is there any way I can print a
return label thru eBay?
