When I am setting my shipping policy, the drop down list of choices does
not include UPS Surepost. How can I get this option listed as a choice
for my buyers?
When entering dimensions to buy a label for a box measuring 16.25 " x
8.3" x 4.5" and weighing 4lb 12 oz, do you enter exact measurements or
do the carriers require rounding such as 16" x 8" x 5" and 5lbs.
