Person made a request to EBAY Help for refund for full amount. She purchased 2 sets of 2. In the refund request she state she wants to keep one of the sets and only wants refund for 1 set of 2. The actions do not give me a choice of a partial refund....

Person made a request for refund. she purchased 2 sets of 2. only wants refund for 1 set of 2. request wants to refund entire purchase. How do I change if to a partial refund?ThanksAdam
