Ive been way over charged from fed ex. Ive added extra inches on each size and up the box weight .

My box weight was 4 pounds 6 oz so I did weight for 5 pounds. They charged me an overtured stating my box was 14 pounds for a plastic snowman. Which I know was false. What do I do to get a refund on that wrong surcharge?
