Thanks. I was going to complain that the no returns labeling is
effectively useless. But as you said I should have put the product in
the not working category instead of pre-owned category so it's my fault
regardless of what I outlined in my descript...
Thanks all. I didn't hear back from the guy at all and he wasn't
responding to phone calls. Ended up just fully refunding the order. I
hope this isn't a common thing people do to get free stuff and also
their money back.
And what should I do about the official return notice? I tried to
officially communicate via the return notice and directly via DM but no
response. Is my only recourse to return the item? Does eBay
automatically charge me for a return if I do nothing...
