Buyer says they didnt receive item, but tracking shows they did. Now my payment is on hold

Ebay is holding my payment even after I provided tracking details straight from USPS that shows the item was delivered to the buyers front door. I am not responsible if someone stole it from his mailbox. Will ebay make me refund his money?
