I just meant looking into it as in reading her messages, looking at pics, figuring out the return process, INAD claims etc., etc. I understand the MBG, but surely there HAS to be some sort of protection for when a buyer damaged an item???

Here is the item as I shipped it this is her picture showing the “damage” but this is her picture yesterday of the exact same area. I obviously had to compress the pics but there are no marks on the neck yesterday.
