I would like to know why eBay has all older car parts grouped together so no matter what part I'm looking for I have I'm to look through every type and make of older part listed to hopefully find the one type and make of part I need.

What happens if a buyer wants to return an item that he says is not what he expected even if it exactly matched the photos and description? Do I have to accept the return?
