I am trying to return a item I bought on eBay. The seller authorized the return . eBay supposedly will send a email to get this started. I never received this email. So I'm wondering what do I do? How do I keep eBay involved as I try to send this ite...

Is there a way I can contact the authenticator that eBay has my item sent to? It's stuck there....it is authenticated....just sitting...I'd like to find out why
