you can chargeback through paypal or cc company 

no they say its not as described . needing no proof and ebay gives the money back. if they ask for return they send back junk and say it was what was sent.

And i literally told them about this hold at 9 and they released my account.. but its still on hold.

I just complained to ebay about how out of 8000 thy kept pulling the "satisfaction guaranteed " scam on me and refund 2800 worth of product in a month. Nothing was wrong they just resold my stuff also!!!! they did that it was a group of friends too!!...
