My supposedly "new" iphone was determined by Apple to be 3 years old and
faulty. I have wasted $550, they don't return emails and don't refund. !
DO not buy from them, there are plenty of other reputable sellers.
This policy is useless for items guaranteed under warranty by a seller
for 12 months which prove faulty after 30 days. In these cases there is
no recourse through eBay. This is unsatisfactory as the eBay site is
advertising the seller has a 12 month ...
