normal staring around $8-10. But if I add a lb, so it shows 1 lb 8 oz,

I have had this option as a seller for a while now, but I guess it is
starting to roll out to everyone. What happens is, you can (as a seller)
send an offer to everyone who is watching said item, but cannot see who
they are or send them messages, etc...
