One of my listings limits the buyer to no more that 3 items per buyer. I

purchases. I've looked under site preferences and selling preferences to
no avail. I don't see a buyer preferences link.
Wouldn't that apply to all my listings? I can check, but I have other
listings that a person can buy as many items as they want without any
