My stuff was recieved by them on the 23rd and nothing in paypal, I
wouldn't sweat about it until after the 18th, they may have everyones
information but it takes time to get it all strait so they can use it
for tax deductions.
maybe 48 bussiness hours? I e-mailed them saturday and just got a reply
today. I won also and was confused with all the same things as you are;
I think if you give it a little more time you will recieve your
eligibility email:)
