A buyer left a neg f/b without contacting me. I will accept the blame on
the packaging. If I cancel the sale, thus refunding the payment, will it

It really is all about customer satisfaction so that they return to

I did just issue a total refund. You're right; the customer does come
first. I will say that this hasn't been all bad because everyone on here
