I view an item and then the seller messages me an offer on the item ( I
didn't watchlist it) so how do I do the same thing as a seller? I assume

be exempt from these "requirements"?
I'm selling books so I would probably be using Media Mail and not 1st
Class or Priority. Does their discounted rate include media mail or is
it only on the more common rates ie 1st Class, Priority?
