Add a "Local Pickup" TAB

I think eBay needs to add a "Local Pickup" TAB to separate them out of general auction searches, or get right to all of them if you are looking just for local pick up items.

Connection is not secure

For some reason eBay are no longer showing as a secure web site (little green padlock) in search bar.Is there an error on the page or is there some other issue that should be addressed so I can shop again without worrying about my info.
