I have a buyer in Hungary that bought cycling gloves.they weigh less than 1 lb .what is the correct way to send him an invoice with 18 dollars fedex .

Changing shipping fees.

The buyer and I have agreed that shipping should be free . How do I change the invoice to reflect free shipping and get paid ?
