I haven't been getting any payouts, now I see my funds are going to a bank account that's not mine

I listed this book and sold it. I had media mail listed as the shipping. But eBay says I can't because of the category its in. What is the deal. Is a book! So now I have to pay double to ship it, even though its a book.Chuck B.
