I'm unable to print my eBay International Standard Delivery shipping label. I keep getting the message about "Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, USPS has suspended all postal exports to Canada". The package is going to Ireland, not Canada.

I cancelled a buyer's order on his request and relisted the item. Why do I have to pay a fee to relist it? Shouldn't the buyer be charged this fee?
