i just bought a gift card from 7-11 tryed to redeem it. it says card number is invalid i read the card should have 14-15 numbers this card has 13 what do i do now

their is a truck for sale add on facebook . i emailed the seller . "she" says that ebay is holding the truck and she will send them my name and address as the buyer for them to deliver or release the truck to me. scam !! i dont think e bay gets invol...
