Never give a partial refund. On any complaint of this nature always tell
the buyer to return for full refund. Most times than not you will never
hear from them again.
I will just raise my prices to make up the difference. If I get fewer
sales so be it. Ebay will get less money from my sales. If I lose my TRS
I will start selling elsewhere like Amazon.
Yes Amazons fee are higher (15% + $.99) but I tend to get better prices
for my stock and in the end more profits. Its has the same sorry
customer service and similar types of restrictions but in the end I do
better selling there.
