How do I offer USPS First CLass shipping rate to buyers? There are still items that qualify for shipping 1st Class but I don't see a way to offer this. Do I need to manually enter the rate?

how do I figure shipping cost to buyer in Europe? I'm selling a 50 lb. item to the Netherlands. I offered free shipping to US, but buyer wants to know if I will pay shipping to the Netherlands. How do I know how much that will cost?
