Curious. Sold an item. It was used and about a month old. It has remote
and wifi connection. Customer is stating the unit works fine with remote
but will not connect to the app. I have provided details on how to reset
the unit to allow it be discover...
Looking at the online help, i should have a "Ask Ebay to step in" option
on my take action drop down for an item the buyer requested to be
returned. I dont see it. How do i see it. or what other means do i have
for ebay to take actions.
