Sir i purchase a item worth of 1000$ and i paid on march 11 but seller did not shipped the item. I open a refund and cancellation request but by mistake i closed it . I ask ebay to help me but team is not helping me and keep saying to contact seller ...

i purchase item on march 11 and seller did not ship my item untill now and i mistakenly closed return request. I need my refund . please help me to resolve this issue.
