Though eBay said this was because of the "non-paying" buyer problem,
eBay actually makes more money this way. At the same time it discourages
buyers WHO DO PAY more than anything eBay has come up with yet.Yup.
It's even possible your seller accepted an offer from another buyer and
it was basically first come, first serve with the quickest to pay.Wait.
