Hi I have dozens of lookers but suddenly no sales What's up?

Hi, I have a buyer returning an item. I accept 14 day returns. Today is the 19th of December and Ebay is saying buyer has until January 12th to ship it back to me. I calculate this as 25 days. What am I missing??
