How to cancel a person who won an auction of mine, because they don’t have enough funds to buy my it

This person wrote me 18 hours before the auction ended saying he needed to cancel his bid because he had didn’t have enough money, and that he was sorry. I’m fine canceling his bid, I just don’t know how to do it
