I recently won a listing at a very good price . The seller sent me the wrong item an ask me to return it. tricky way to avoid large final value fees. Refused to send correct item . the same listing is on ebay again. j-

If I do not enter international shipping when creating a listing why can people still purchase internationally with no shipping charges
