though I tried and eBay claims I am not picking up. Where can I file
insurance for a lost item using eBay envelope?
Recently I have accepted two offers on products, however, eBay is not
creating the order and setting it up to be paid. It looks like it is
sending out an offer of the same price I just accepted. Is this correct
and has been changed by eBay?
