How charge for shipping when originally listed as “for local pickup”?

My original listing evidently accidentally had delivery as only local pickup. The buyer needs me to ship the item and wants to pay shipping. How do I charge for the shipping? Do I need to cancel the order and re-list? Thanks. BD
