How do I setup standard shipping? Ex: USPS has $5 flat rate shipping. Is there a way to do this with UPS and USPS?Thanks.

Cannot Select Shipping Over 1 Pound

I can’t select any shipping service when the item I’m selling is over one pound. I select the service, but it reverts back to “select shipping.” No trouble one pound or under.
