The buyer is getting a message stating that the seller, me, doesn't ship to Connecticut. Why would that be?

Thank you for your answer. I was getting so frustrated. I was working from my iPad. Someone suggested I go to my computer and there it was. I could now mark the items I wanted to combine, I couldn’t on the iPad.
