I purchased a watch back in February and it never came.I contacted eBay
and opened a case it's been at least a couple weeks and no refund from
seller or eBay I don't know why it's taking so long.?
I won auctions on eta date,day wheels and paid for them and now the
seller in India won't honor the auction and ship them and EBay let's
them get away with this I want the items I paid for.
I tried to buy watches and parts from India and it was unreal the scams
that they pull and EBay will do nothing to help you.I bought2 citizen
movements and the ones that they sent were not citizen but junk
movements of another brand and EBay insisted...
