Ebay will take the negative feedback off because according to them the
item has been authenticated and there for no issues should be there.
This system sucks.
I agree Ebays authentication program needs to be fixed . I just
purchased a 10k Cuban bracelet that was supposed to be solid gold and it
passed the ebay authentication process but when I took it to my jeweler
