I returned an item, was given a partial refund and the seller kept the
$10 shipping cost as well as the taxes I paid. Why was at least the
taxes I paid not refunded to me??
Ebay quickly ruled in my favor, so now wondering when will the return
label be made available to print so I can return the item in a timely
manner and be refunded?
As of today, all communication had stopped until I messaged again and
directed it to Ebay for help, for which seller continued to declare he
was not refunding or accepting the item back. Will the option to "ask
ebay to step in" show up tomorrow maybe...
