i bought an ebay card for &600 and when i tried to redeem it say the code is error what do i do now?

My ebay card code got invalid

i bought and ebay card for &600 and after a few days i tried to redeem my card and it says the code is error/invalid so what do i do now? if my card goes invalid can i still get my refund or what will i do to get my money back?
