I sold an item for 90 bucks plus shipping. Buyer immediately opens a return case, demand a label to be issued from seller. I contact buyer who claims item doesn't work when I know it does but offer his a refund anyhow but requests he return it to me....

Is anybody out there? Ebay has been pilfering cash from sellers with its inaccurate shipping calculator for some time now. I've lost hundreds of dollars due to their scheme of dynamically shifting shipping costs from their so-called "estimated cost" ...
