No Way To Directly Contact Ebay

Try to contact ebay about seller with no return policy ... what is a buyer suppose to do when the item doesn't fit ... the contact just goes in loops that lead no where ... no direct contact information at all.

I have been waiting on the phone to speak with someone from ebay FOR OVER 3 HOURS and I am still waiting!. Ebay has made it extremely difficult to talk with a live being. There are NO OPTIONS to file a complaint so I will do it here until I can find ...

PayPal Leaving Ebay

From what I understand PayPal will have new rules that require account holder to get spam through texting and phone calls. I don't want this. Is Ebay going to have a different was to pay for things?
