BAIT & SWITCH of a item by seller. You buy a GREEN skirt they are
advertising, now the seller DATS LATER says it only comes in BROWN ..I
asked for a refund heard nothing & EBAY provided no way to complain
report this kind of behavior by the seller
Ebay is just as full if crap as these fraud sellers they allow .. to
have a way to report these crooks & actually speak with a live customer
service representative..I'm not buying off here ever again
