A customer provided the wrong shipping address, his old address, and the item went to the address provided. The customer is now upset "I" sent it to the wrong place. It has already been delivered. I have the shipping labels printed at the post office...

Every time I try to print a shipping label from home the label prints crossways and doesn't fit on the label. I have tried formatting in the "print shipping label". I put in all the correct dimensions and choose Portrait but it still prints crossways...
