No account with your company, but have a fraudulent charge on my credit card, what do I do???

I do not have a account with EBay, but have a fraudulent charge on my checking account, how do I get this crredited back to me. They ask me what my account # is, but I don't have a number to put in information. What do I do, who can I call??
