Are their other people experiencing any problems with Ebay not accepting
the Visa gift cards lately? I have used them dozens of times in the
past. but when I went to use one the other day, transaction would not go
through.
Anyone having problem adding or paying with their debit or credit cards,
or their visa gift cards, I have been having problems on here with my
