If I am shipping from US to Canada, how do I add international shipping
to my listings which are generally sports cards which I ship in the US
in an envelope for items $20.00 or less which generally cost me .69.
in the last week when I have mailed items using Ebay standard envelopes
and postage I have received no tracking details beyond the number I
received when I purchased the postage. I know this happens from time to
