I try to list products form WooCommerce platform. but it says I have a limit 30 items per month. but in my E-bay account it show 250 per month

I try to transfer my listing from my own WooCommerce platform to E-bay, but it says I can not list more then 12 products per month. Can you help me to solve this issue.
