I did claim FRAUD/Fake tracking scam and they cancelled the card and
refunded the money. Then 2 months later they rescinded the refund
because eBay would not confirm in writing that it was a fraud.
This just happened to me for $2400. Total nightmare. eBay is a horrible
company for allowing this happen. Now Chase bank refuses to reverse the
charge because eBay claims the item was delivered. My only alternative
