I have feedback that says an item received by the buyer arrived damaged
and that the buyer received a quick receive a refund. I have never
refunded anyone for a damaged item. What should I do? AND, the item was
listed as damaged. Please advise.
Actually I had fed ex y the dimensions and weight becuase this has
happened before and it was spot on. And it was a pillow. Pillows don’t
weight 13 pounds. thoughts?
