eBay

Currently I'm selling Hats for men and women. Now I need to expland the business. Can I sell, Watches, Shoes, and other clothing accessories like that in the same selling account? How it will be effected to my store ? Is it against eBay Policies?

I haven't shipped a hat and buyer has requested a return because the hat was damaged during the delivery. Then I've offered a partial refund. But he didn't responded to that. Will it affect my seller account? What will be the next process?

Currently I'm selling Hats and I've started a physical watch store and I would like to sell them on eBay? Can I list them on my ebay account while I'm selling Hats on this ebay account? I need to clarify that it's not against any ebay policies
